DELIVERY POLICY
Handcrafted items are sold on a ‘supply on demand’ bases. The delivery may take up to 28 days. The more intricate products could take longer but the customer will be informed. If this is unsatisfactory, monies can be refunded with no purchase of products. All prices include p+p and a reduction is made if collected.
CURRENCY
Currency will be displayed as GB£. Click on the converter for approximate cost of other currencies.
Most credit/debit cards will be accepted by Potter’s Kiln (UK). A small fee will be charged. Cheques will also be accepted but this may delay the transaction of goods.
